Purchasing Free on Board? You will need the missing link between the delivery from your suppliers and the shipping to your local premises. CS Transfer Management supports the international shipping process with extended functionality for purchases overseas.

Suppliers deliver goods 'free on board' to the harbour. From that point, the items are subject to your inventory risk and you need to control the shipping process. CS Transfer management supports this process by adding extended shipping and container information to Transfer orders.
CS Transfer management automatically creates transfer orders from posted purchase orders and assembly orders that were assembled on external locations and provides full control over goods 'in-transit' to the final destination.
Or Transfer orders can be created manually using a selection page of item ledger entries from different purchase and assembly orders in an extenal location.

Transfer orders have a factbox with Transfer Line Details, showing the Item availability on the Transfer-From location.

The transfer route is extended to calculate the shipping dates based on the shipping agent and the shipping agent service.

Source numbers from purchase orders and assembly orders are assigned to item ledger entries, transfer lines and all warehouse receipts.

With this smart tool shipping containers can easily be assembled from different purchase orders, even from different suppliers.

It results in a clear insight on inventory to be expected, including the availability date.
